Conversation between me and hubby:-
Me: "Have you let the 3 kids go out to play in the garden?"
Hubby: "Yes"
Me: "The wee chap can't be out there with the girls on his own?"
Hubby: "He'll be fine! He's just playing with the girls."
Next thing: "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" And lots of tears!
Result = boy with cut above eye, black eye, bump and big bruise on forehead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If 'playing' means climbing the BBQ and fence then he was playing! But it was the falling off that damaged him!!!!!!
Wise advice: Men ... listen to your wives! They always know best!! Learn that now and it will stand you well for the rest of your life!!!!!
